I hope it will be easily explained and not dangerous. I'm glad he went to the hospital. Is this Christopher's very young brother, or a sister's husband?
Sister's husband. He's just 48--turns 49 next month. But cardiac issues run in his family. He's been doing everything right, though. Quit smoking years ago, eats right, is active, takes vitamins and a low-dose aspirin a day. He just had a stress test last year and it didn't show any problems. I hope it's just stress or something innocuous. He just got laid off last week so that could be the thing that set it off.
I'm glad Mac's diagnosis didn't break you, and isn't horrible news for Mac.
Thanks. I was really worried about her this morning (after cleaning up a few more puddles). But it's a common problem in older females. Christopher joked that we'll have to be on the lookout for the same problem in me.

I'm finishing up the application paperwork for UCIrvine and planning to relax as much as I can. I'm also spending all of it with Kristin.
