Wesley: I stabbed you. I should apologize for that. But I'm honestly not sure how. I think it'll just be awkward. Gunn: Good call. Wesley: Okay.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

It's lovely here, and I have OMG so much to do I'm hunched over my laptop in a confirmed state of denial.

First stop, post office, to see if they've got my mail. And then off to my sister's house and then Home Despot, and oh, what a hassle.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

Though to be honest, I do kind of miss rain. Not enough to want it regularly, but now and then would be nice.

It's not been a bad autumn at all, so I shouldn't complain. But I'm in a grumpy, complaining-y mood, so I will. Dang it!

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

DJ, we're going to a Halloween fundraiser party. ND is there setting up sound equipment now. I suppose that means I need to put some kind of costume together today, huh

Oh fun! What's it a fundraiser for? Is it just regular Halloween costumes or party/dress costumes?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Woah - the sky just unzipped. It went from light drizzle to Noah's Ark out there in about two seconds.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Totally confirming my decision not to leave the house!

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

does anyone know of a good place to get a black apron? Preferrably frilly and without the top part? I could probably make one, but I'd rather just buy it.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Ha! So did I, msbelle, although, different time zone. And the SO is still asleep. I suspect this has to do with his staying up late last night playing online poker. I blame my brother-in-law for introducing him.

The Biscuit is going nuts with all the not-playing-with-him we're doing. He's sulking outside the bedroom door.

So, like, when does the time change? Oh, no wait, I'm in Arizona again. It won't change for me. Yay stubborn states! Is it the only continental one that doesn't change now that Indiana caved?
