Sunnydale's got too many demons and not enough retail outlets.

Spike's Bitches 32: I think I'm sobering up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Sigh.

Big work drama. We might be pulling people off a job and I feel like it's all my fault. It's not, and I've been told it's not, but that doesn't make the feeling all go away.

Can today be over right the fuck now, please?

I will be so happy to kick August to the kerb.

I like the first and second cuts, Plei -- although the breakdown is the first one for you and and the second one for me. (I'm scared that if can't indulge my nervous habit of tucking my hair behind my ear, I'll develop a more annoying nervous habit.)

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I like the first one best. Where were you thinking of going to get the cut? To Anna, I hope?

Probably!

I'm laughing too hard at your tagline to assess a haircut.

It's something I said to Pete on Sunday, in fact.

Aww, Aimee and Nora. The day will end soon, promise.

I like the 1st and 3rd cuts for you very much Plei. You have the lovely hair that works in those cuts.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I just... ugh. With the constant pain I've been having (back as well as tooth) I can't eat, drink, sit down, or stand up without pain... and I am starting to lose it... it has made me completely snarly and practically feral, and trying to keep up the facade of being normal around the humans is also wearing.

I do have a massage scheduled for tonight, and I am going to pull it together and get going on getting back into therapy hopefully tomorrow. Because I feel very, very, dark and depressed.

I will have to get some Oktoberfest though. Is it a lager or ale?

In other news, I've been given a new job responsibility because I knocked my last assignment out of the park (doing stuff for the Dean tends to put tasks into higher visibility.) Um, yay? Or, you know, NSM. I don't know. Will have to reassess later. Or not.

I'm just glad they didn't yell at me about my internet useage.

Lager, but it's pretty full flavored - I like it. It's on at both Canal Street and Salem that I know of (Salem will be getting this year's Handsome Devil on tap starting Sept. 1).

I do enjoy self medicating with beer every once in a while. Check that. Every night.
