We can come by between classes. Usually I use that time to copy over my class notes with a system of different colored pens. But it's been pointed out to me that that's, you know...insane.

Spike's Bitches 32: I think I'm sobering up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

On the other ... Spongebob?

My seekrit boyfriend Clancy Brown voices Mr. Krabs, so I guess.... Still won't get me to watch it, though.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Mr. Krabs is also Lex Luthor? Huh.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

GF and I got a big laugh when we figured out that Mr. Krabs is also the evil Reverend from Carnivale.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

*My* secret boyfriend Clancy Brown makes shivers run up and down my spine when he says "The Honda Rridgeliiinnne."

Trudy, so sorry about the ID theft meshugges. May it sort quickly and without repurcussions to you. The attempting thief? Suppurating boils might be a good look...

sj, YAY on the good mechanic. I forget, when do you fly to TX? Are you excited yet? Is TCG sad yet and missing you already?

Suzi, I swear, you and your enthusiasm are the only entertaining thing about beisbol. How cute are you on camera? SO CUTE!

Cass, much healthy-ma has been beamed Kittenish's way before I got to the end and could, you know, put it in pixels. I'm waiting to hear how her appt. went.

Fay! Could you maybe use another brolly? Is there one you're pining for? Large, sturdy, that in extremis could be upended to serve as a boat? (Such occasions always make me recall the Joe vs. the Volcano line: Wherever we go? We're taking this luggage.)

I know there was more. I wished Brenda and ita jobma elsewhere, but more application couldn't hurt. And whoever I might have not mentioned, consider yourself not overlooked, but included in my encompassing ma-wishing.

Oh, Aimee. Poor thing, both you and wee Em. It's not easy being the pwintheth, nor her mom. Don't forget to watch her sleep and remember that sweet biddable toddler. She'll be back, and be as glad to be as you are to see her.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

If you need a laugh, this article and the site and general are much, much fun.

I am going to be away, October 29th to November 3rd. I am so very excited, but I am also feeling very guilty and sad about leaving Teacup Guy behind. He can't get any time off with the new job until March or so. I think I am going to have to make him a big batch of chili before I leave to ease my guilt. T is very excited that I am coming and I can't wait to see the kids dressed up for Halloween and take them trick or treating.

ION, I think Teacup Guy is coming down with the death flu. Poor guy.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Weird. My dad just called to say how sorry he was about the whole job thing. And my brother just emailed, too.

There's nothing wrong with that, of course. It's just - not our way. Huh.

But he has promised to bring the dog back on Friday, yay! I took her up this weekend but ended up taking the train back on Monday. But now it's quiet here...toooo quiet.

(Probably the funniest part of the conversation was that it didn't seem to have even occurred to him to do that until I brought it up.)

What idiot thought it was a good idea to make Lou Pinella an announcer?

Trust my rage

I finally uploaded a picture of the balloons today. I meant it to show quantity but it doesn't really show how cool they looked. [link]

Damn, that's a lot of balloons.
