I miss Oz. He'd get it. He wouldn't say anything, but he'd get it.

Spike's Bitches 32: I think I'm sobering up.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I think she's at work.

ZOMG, you're right! AWESOME.

I can't even.

Workday over taunting from the East coast = awesome.

Of course, as I have visitors this weekend, I now need to run around and do some errands.

But mostly, just posting to show off my new tagline.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

(Raise your hand if you are twelve...)

Heh. That's not something I can give you, but I hope you get lots of it.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

I never liked Keds, but I like these! [link]

Not Keds, but I like these little flats, too: [link]

Jilli might like these pointy-toed black flats with skull and crossbones print: [link]

Cute Mary Jane sneaker like thingy: [link]

Cute-ass red leather criss-cross strap Mary Jane with chunky sole: [link]

I love the idea of this shoe, but the gold metallic has to go. Make it a dark brown leather with a pink ribbon laced through and I'd be so there: [link]

Kind of cool thick strap sporty Mary Jane, but that fly is a little weird... [link]

CUTE! Lacoste Mary Jane with a button closure and contasting stitching. Just adorable. [link]

MONKEY SHOES!!! [link]

I don't think I can top that, so The End.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

sj, on days like that I've been known to announce to my DH that we're going to fight, so he could pick the topic. He's learned that on days when I'm not in control of my hormones, it really is better if he just lets me read my book (and he doesn't try to cheer me up/change my mood).

Is he willing to give lessons? Teacup Guy just doesn't know what to do with me right now, and I just feel awful because I know how bad I am being but it's like I am watching myself from the hall and can't stop myself. The good news is, we're down the beach, Mom just fed us a yummy dinner, and she does know what to do when I get like this.

Is he willing to give lessons?

I think this is something about our partners we all have to learn the hard way, unfortunately. It took my DH a few years before he accepted the fact that the easiest way through those kinds of days -- for both of us -- was to take a step back.

Have a great weekend at the beach!

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

However, on the other hand, Suzi & I will be seeing Corb Lund tomorrow!!!

I have confirmed that I am allergic to gardening. Itchy now.

I'm feeling a little better but also exhausted. I am headed to bed now for hopefully a very good night's sleep. I hope everyone here sleeps well tonight too.

ETA: Thanks to the people who posted about their problems with BCPs. I'm sorry I didn't respond to you all individually, but it is nice to know I am not alone.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Just announcing the situation can be helpful. "Look, I'm in a mood right now where I'm getting way more pissed off than is reasonable. We need to talk about things tomorrow, because tonight it's just not going to work."
