Yes - Treme was very enjoyable. I am amazed that Jeannette wasn't fired after last week (because that chef was such a freak) but hope that she's going to move back to NO now.
I loved her quitting with such panache. "A Sazarac? Nobody throws a sazarac!"
I'm also loving Elizabeth Ashley as Davis' wild and crazy aunt.
I found GoT incredibly disturbing last night. The mother/son duo was just fucking craxxxy.
How old was that kid supposed to be? Oh, god.
That was a shocker. And not because of the characters, but because I automatically went to the actors, and what they had to explain to that kid, and the prosthetic they must have had to use, and all of it. Disturbing is right.
Also, I realized that Jaime Lannister reminds me of Prince Charming from Shrek 2, and now I can't get that image out of my head.
I have a cousin that breast fed until 5, so I tried to make him 5, but it really wasn't working.
And, yeah, I thought about the actor too. There's just...there's a period of time during which you get no titty. And that kid was in that period, even if it's fake boob.
I wanted to unsee what I saw.
The looks on Catelyn's and Tyrion's faces were perfect, though.
The prison cells seem a little useless to me, though. Generally you don't want a prisoner able to commit suicide, but there, if you really want to end, all you have to do is jump.
Frank, I do have rich, drunk, relatives. But they're Not That Into Me. And they're not fun like that, either. As a writer with some enemies, I'm tickled that Bourdain got to put words in the mouth of his nemesis...he probably couldn't stand up for hours either. What's French for "This is me, not letting it go," or maybe the Creole for "Tact is just not saying true stuff, I'll pass." Maybe they could have named the place "Chateau Marimow" and ground all the axes at once...while you wait. I kid, because I'm crazy-jealous.

Someone linked to an interview with Bourdain (I think it was in this thread), and he had to give Richman props for having the cajones to do the cameo, even though he still considers him a mega-douche.
I know, I saw that. "I hate the bastard, but I do admire him."
