I skipped the second one because I remember not liking it much and the parts of the second season I liked best were definitely big changes from the books, but I think I will end up reading through the series, too (only partially 'again', I know I've read some but not all and the titles are so similar it's hard to puzzle out which I've read and which I haven't...)

Kashi Go Lean: I really liked the most recent season of US of Tara. Loved the subplot with the daughter and the costumed heroine, though NSM with the subsequent cake-sitting etc. Hell yes the parents should be slapped... or arrested. My biggest quibble and squick was Max ditching Tara to have a toss with Joey Lauren Adam's Pammy. I think it was totally OOC for him and it pissed me off.
Is anyone watching this season of Hung? Is it worth tracking down?
I think it's funny they went after the same woman, although Tara having sex as Buck kind of confuses me a little. I'm kind of shocked at Max, but I think overall it's good they dispersed the aura of granola perfection around him just a little, though I still love him. I watch Hung sometimes, but I'm not all that into it.
Oh my goodness, "You don't have your mask on" was just exquisite.
wrod. His mother is crazy, but she can be very perceptive.
She is crazy, but she did give us the adorable LaLa nickname.
I could not get over Russell carrying around Talbot's strawberry jello remains in Waterford crystal. Holy cow. His platelets have definitely slipped off his cracker.
Jason really had his moment last season, didn't he? This season, I'm really not enjoying his storyline. At first, it was fun to hate him and his nekkid horndogness. Then, it was fun to cheer him on against the FOS crowd. Now? Yawn.
I was glad that Franklin got his, but it was a bit too quick and 'hand dusty' to me. The fact that is was at Jason's hands didn't add much...though, you gotta love the FOS for providing him with wooden bullets.
Actually, how is it that Jason had the gun with the wooden bullets so close to hand? Did he just leave it in his truck? I mean, the raid on Hotshot wasn't going to involve vampires, was it?
He got the gun and bullets out a couple episodes ago after he told Sookie he was going to kill Bill. Then he got distracted with the whole Crystal thing (but he had the gun in his truck from when he threatened Crystal's dad).
Man, this show needs to quit introducing awesome characters and then killing them off!
And Russell's last scene in the episode was riveting!
