Art Crawl!!!

Actually, how is it that Jason had the gun with the wooden bullets so close to hand? Did he just leave it in his truck? I mean, the raid on Hotshot wasn't going to involve vampires, was it?

"Oh no! Has falling sky liquid once again caused you the sadness?" -Starfire

He got the gun and bullets out a couple episodes ago after he told Sookie he was going to kill Bill. Then he got distracted with the whole Crystal thing (but he had the gun in his truck from when he threatened Crystal's dad).

Man, this show needs to quit introducing awesome characters and then killing them off!

And Russell's last scene in the episode was riveting!

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I could not get over Russell carrying around Talbot's strawberry jello remains in Waterford crystal.

for real. I nearly died.

And Russell's last scene in the episode was riveting!

he literally chewed the scenery!

"We have trust issues." Mylar

I love Russell Edgington. And that last scene was all kinds of extension. Especially the toss to the weather report. Hee! The vampire politics make for a much more entertaining uber-story arc than MaryAnne. I am loving it. Russell and Nan and the whole werewolf angle and the Authorit-ah.

I was completely unsatisfied with how the Franklin/Tara storyline ended. Tara should've been the one to get to kill him. And what's up with overly empathetic new waitress? She's got a creepy Black Hole Sun kind of smile. Too stretched out. I don't like the looks of her.

Hoyt and Jessica continue to break my heart in all the best ways.

I miss S2 Jason. Not that he's gotten any less awesome, but this storyline is not serving him well. I don't care about the Hotshot people. I have heard tell that the book Hotshot people are better/more interesting. Sadly, the TV Hotshot people just seem like huge time sucks thus far. Sam and his brother are getting slightly more interesting.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

New waitress is way creepy.

I'm not sure I like OTT Russell (though the toss to weather was sweet), but vampire politics in general is pretty awesome. I was surprised and pleased that Eric told all to the Authority and whatsername - not that it was surprising for the character to do that, more that I didn't think that would be how the writers would want to go.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

When I saw him doing that, I figured it was because we needed to know what Eric was up against.

Man, Pam acted the hell out of all of that didn't she?

kat - I am so disappointed that we didn't get to see Tara disinvite Franklin from Sookie's house.

I don't think she even told Sookie that she had invited him in. What kind of BFF does that?

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

80% of the people on this show (or any other) don't properly communicate - and definitely don't do so in a timely fashion.

I find it incredibly frustrating.

Always Anti-fascist!

Am I the only Buffista who likes "Curb Your Enthusiasm"(best title ever, btw) It's okay if I am...it just reminds me of the ways I'm different from most of y'all. Like how SF and Fantasy only occasionally turn my crank.

I love Curb Your Enthusiasm. I did't watch it at first because I assumed it would make me cringe too much, and it is very cringey, but my god it's funny. A little uneven, yes, but when it hits the mark it really hits hard.

The new season hasn't started, has it?
