Maybe what DL did to both Matt and Radioactive guy is erase the memory of where they had been/what tests had been done to them and while doing that, he amplified their power accidentally?

When I saw Diana Scarwid on Prison Break recently, the first character I thought of was still "Linda Bowman" from that episode, despite having loved her as Karen Tyler in Wonderfalls.

The Radioactive Man actually said he was a Haitian student, the inference being, they'd actually spoken. Matt's just parroting from there.
In my head (and not counting either Mohinder [who is Sayid-Lite on account of his pretty, slender, lanky build], or Isaac = Stone (because he puts me in mind of the guy who played Stone on General Hospital, and because he's always stoned) a lot of the Heroes characters have names related to the jossverse character whom they most resemble.

Hmm, interesting. I wonder why they didn't unleash the Hatian on Isaac to give him a power ramp up sans drugs. It seems that whatever he did to Matt and radioactive man while he was cleaning them out also increased their powers a great deal. Maybe they don't know that the clean out process has a residual power up effect.

Well, the clean-out can power-increase could be separate. We don't really know what MBG does, exactly. And IF the clean-out leads to the power increase, and they know this, I wouldn't risk cleaning out the one guy who may have information in that head of his. Does he channel the future when he paints, or does he have future information in his head that he subconsciously taps into, you know? The way he paints random shit sometimes suggests the latter, which means wiping his brain would be BAD.
