But it was a two hour pilot that got chopped right? And Grunberg got sent to the back half for time - so that might explain some of the pacing isseus I had. But I liked it.
And I love that idea.

I wanted more wide angles though. Wide angles of the plains with one small person in some corner. Alright, I wanted a superman homage. Fine, I said it. But I still wanted some better visual for one small person against the world. Alone. Maybe it's a comic book thing.
It better perform. Word is they're a million over on EVERY episode so far. 5 deep or so.

liked heroes a lot. i loved hiro and adrian pasdar (nathan) and
ali larter (niki). did you SEE that the big guy was chopped in HALF?
all the storylines have subtley (is that legal) different tones which is great. milo is too brooding if you ask me. should be on a different show.
and i think they are kind of ripping off the 4400 with the 'we're here to save the world but why and when' thing...

Friends of mine saw the two hour pilot and hated it--except for Hiro. Interminable was their word for it.

the greatest thing was that they used subtitles for the japanese instead of having them speak english with accents. that was so so good.
