I don't think I agree with that. He's the dog catcher, but he uses sleepy-time darts. I think Taggart just wants to catch him, fair and square. I wonder how Taggart knows the dog's IQ? Maybe he's just assumed it based on his experiences with the dog.

In the pilot he was a bit more creepy and conspiratorial --especially whilst hanging out with Warren King
Yeah. Maybe he's a chameleon and takes on the traits of the person he follows. I've known enough people like that; I'd buy it.
I especially love the delivery of "What I'm about to do is for God... and Country".

I figured it was because Taggart had caused it - that Lojack had been a subject of one of Taggart's (or someone else's) crazy
schemes experiments.

For some reason, it felt much more finely drawn than some of the others of the "throwing Jack and Allison together" ilk. Whether that's because it was drawn with careful brush-strokes, or very sharp cuts of a knife, it's hard to tell.
Maybe Lojack is the Mayor of Eureka.

I found it really interesting that Stark's emotions showed as angry when Allison left after dropping off the divorce papers. I would have expected sadness.
There was one end-of-scene moment when the sadness meter was reading fairly high. Not as wiggly as anger, but still pretty high. I thought is was that scene, but maybe it was something later?
Allison's son isn't Stark's son, right? He speaks about him like he's not. And he acted as if Callister was the closest thing he's ever had to a child.
No, Allison's son is not Stark's son.
According to the podcast for...one of the eps, Stark is the boy's ex-stepfather, so Allison must have had him before they were married.
