I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Deb, back to you.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Dana, perfect! Thanks, and backsent. All suggestions were spot-on and agreed with.

back to floor-washing...

The status is NOT quo.

Deb, did you revise for Dana? If so, I'd love the new version so I don't give you redundant feedback. If not, no worries. Will be reading soon.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I did this one in a week, with three days during which I did no work on it at all, because of the wedding weekend. Seven thousand-plus words.

Yeah, I was just marvelling actually. I was all, crap, she wrote an entire story in what, no time at all!

I'll probably get to your story in an hour or so. So if you did do Dana revisions, send 'em my way.

OK. Resending with revisions. They're damned good revisions. Dana gives good edits.

Received, and cripes, it's long! I'm going to wait till tonight so I can read it slowly and thoughtfully.

Deb, read it and loved it. Revisions are excellent. Ending is twistalicious.

Feedback would be minor if any, so I'm going to wait until tomorrow to do a more thoughtful reading for the nitpicky...

But as a whole, I'd say you nailed it.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Deb, I will read it tommorrow. I am too wiped out tonight.

Swouncing

deb, if you're not too beta-ed for another one (too many cooks and the like), then I'd love to know how it continued, let alone ended (I've only read the very beginning).

Nilly, sent, of course. I got some great feedback - Kristin, P-C, Dana, everyone who read it had points to make, and every last point merited some serious consideration. I love beta readers....
