Tom, that ad finally makes me get the Hodgman love. LOVE.
About Survivor, from looking at him, and his hip-hop oriented bio, I'm guessing that Nate Gonzalez is on the "black" team, but I'm wondering where his parents are from. I'm going to guess he's actually Dominican.
People who opposed the Vietnam War? Hey, they were kinda right!
Like Coulter screaming about poor, unfairly maligned Joe McCarthy, this is less true than you might think, for some people.
Oh, I have a PR question:
Has Uli heard all the criticism about how she only makes the one thing? Because I could not believe that even last night -- when everyone else was making a conscious effort to break out of their ruts -- that she said, "Oh, I'm making a hippy Miami dress...."
She must be aware on some level because
she seemed to be responding directly to the earlier challenge criticism about her dress "only" being good for Miami, LA, the south of France... (Which, come on, for the jetsetters challenge? Where else do they go? Besides the Hamptons, which Michael had covered.) So she's hearing it but...not so much with processing.
I totally love the Hodgeman. Though I think I would love his book more if he was reading it, than I do reading myself, where it's only medium funny.
You have to show your work, dcp.
Today on YouTube -- A monkey protecting a kitten from a chicken. (Or maybe it's a chicken trying to rescue a kitten from a monkey. It's hard to tell.)
THe Hummer ads on TWoP's front page are cracking me up today.
