I've got 85% cocoa sitting right here that has surpassed my tolerance. 77% is just about right.
It's this going to limited sugar thing. Fruits are good, chocolate NSM.

On Food Network, there's a guy who does a show where he taste tests food on people on the street. One show was, "Would you rather have this 50% pure chocolate bar or this 100% chocolate bar?" It was amusing to see them taste 100% chocolate.

eta: Oh, wait, I think I found it in small print on the packaging -- only 45%.
Lots of the high percentage cacao bars have their percentage in large type on their wrapper.
