FYI: the second showing of Eureka is playing an hour earlier than I expected, i.e., it's on NOW not at 11 Central.

You're a braver man than I am, Gunga Din.
Nah, I've just trained up to it.
When your chocolate norm is 92%, there's nowhere else left to go, really.

Huh. My mouth just went utterly dry. Excuse me while I chug some water.
I cannot believe I am still at work.
Stoopid BB. neither of the 2 finalists should have been there.
eta: Oh, ick. bon bon. I hope you get to go home soon.
Hmmm. I've got some Hershey's Special Dark. How do I find out its cacao % ?
eta: Oh, wait, I think I found it in small print on the packaging -- only 45%.
Lots of the high percentage cacao bars have their percentage in large type on their wrapper.
Home now. Geez. Like I'm supposed to be working late or some bullshit!
Timelies,
Skipped 700 or so. Wasn't supposed to work tonight, but other night-shifter was exhausted (she only got one day off last week because she was training me) and offered to cover my Friday shift if I covered her tonight, so I actually get both Friday and Saturday night off this week.
Spoke with my boss briefly today. He completely understands my frustration (and says he's getting the impression the other help-deskers are frustrated as well) and wants to get us shifted overly to hourly and onto the new schedules ASAP, but both are still pending approval from the CIO. I'm really not sure what the hourly vs. salary has to do with the CIO, though. I would think it's more of an HR issue, since it has to do with Labor laws.
Haven't had a chance to work on my resume, since I spent the weekend with the girlfriend, expecting to have tonight to work on it. It's definitely my goal for Friday.
ION, the ninja monkeys are still listed on the project plan on the dept white board, though whether it's due to ignorance or amusement, I'm not sure.
And a little browsing tells me that Godiva Dark is 72%. Can't find the info on Toblerone. What are some other good brands?
eta: Finally figured out how to spell Scharffen Berger and find their web site. Their semisweet is 62%, bittersweet is 70%, and unsweetened is 99%.
