I hope you don't think that I just come over for the spells and everything. I mean, I really like just talking and hanging out with you and stuff.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I try and get the organic stuff out of the house quickly. I generate way too much trash, so it's not hard. But that could be where I slipped up.

Our wings are not tired.

I keep most fruit on the counter. Then again, fruit doesn't last long in my house because of kids, not because of fruit flies. Any break in the flesh and the little buggers magically appear. Ick. I don't know how grocery stores manage.

I'm about to pull off the Novia Scotia salmon from the bagel I'm eating (an everything bagel with cream cheese, cucumber, tomato, capers, red onion, and salmon). How wrong is that?

That depends. If you're in the office next door to me, and plan to drop by with an offering of smoked salmon, not wrong at all.

Wrong like a wrong thing. sounds like a good bagel, though. Can't get a decent bagel around here. Except krupins, but they've gone downhill.

I would totally give you the salmon off my bagel, Calli. Alas, I just put it in the garbage can... I ate half of the bagel with the salmon but the consistency was creeping me. I'm weird like that. Otherwise, it was a very tasty little lunch.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Congrats, Emily.

Happy Birthday, bon bon.

Speaking of birthdays, I'm throwing a cookout on Saturday as my birthday party and they're predicting scattered thunder storms. This does not make me happy. I'm just hoping the forecast gets more favorable as the week goes on, as grilling out in the garage to avoid the rain, making mad dashes into the house with the food and trying to cram 16 people into my apartment is not so much fun.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

My sister doesn't understand how I can dislike smoked salmon. Actually, it isn't just salmon--I don't like smoked anything. I even tell the office cafeteria to make sure to use plain turkey for my turkey sandwich, and not the smoked stuff they have.

Fresh grilled salmon, on the other hand? Yummers!
