(Hec, I'm sure you know this, being an HR-guru of sorts, but don't forget that this time off does NOT count against her 12 weeks leave AFTER the baby is born. I like to remind every one in California of the California preganacy disability thing as being seperate from the FMLA and the CMLA, simply because my old employer tried to fuck over my old co-worker by telling her that the 4 weeks she was on bedrest shortened her maternity leave by 4 weeks. So, as I say, I'm sure you know this, but I feel a responsibility to make sure people know.)
