Do you like wearing them, Burrell? I have a pair of grey men's work pants that function as pyjamas. I can't imagine how they don't look boring, but since they have a firm place in my wardrobe and I want to wear them, they stay.

heh. It's been 4 years since I've been able to take off my bra comfortably. Even at night, I wore a bra all through pregnancy and nursing

I still sleep in my Bravado's even though we've stopped nursing. I need the support. And it's almost like wearing a sport tank under a t-shirt. I can then jump up immediately for any nighttime or early morning emergency and don't feel like I need to slip on a bra.

I'm a girl that would NEVER EVER answer my door or leave my house without a bra. I just can't. Lives may be lost.

I don't have much to say about the clothes stuff. Well, I'm wearing more skirts and jewelry and stuff but that's mostly because I was lazy before.

The day kinda sucked. I drove up too high on a parking curb thing and tore whatever plastic thing is that covers the underside of the car.

Can I be more vague? Anyway it looks like it's about to fall off. My car was pretty a year ago and now it's been dinged up some (mostly not by me).

Does anyone know if this kind of thing is expensive to replace?

I only really feel myself in jeans or sweatpants. Apparently I'm all about the comfy clothes. I always felt like an impersonator when I wore a suit and heels, and I've only had a few dresses that I remember fondly. That is why I haven't worn a skirt since I started my own business in 1998.

I'm all about the comfy clothes, mostly, particularly sweats and jeans. I do like to look pretty, and my favorite is when I can look pretty in comfy clothes. I don't resent dressing up (probably because it's more occasional, now). I did all right in skirts and suits when I was working, but I don't miss wearing them daily.

What I need is some not dressy clothes that are not sweats or jeans. I bought some slacks over the winter. I need some non T-shirt tops, that aren't dressy, but look pulled together. However, I outgrown my clothing much more slowly than these three ridiculously fast growing children, so I'm usually on the bottom of my own "we need to get" list.

I think it sometimes can be depending on the car, askye. My parents had a car with one of those plastuc guard thingies that I was cautioned to be very careful about parking because they had to replace it once and were appalled by how much it cost.

I think it normally isn't, though, which is part of why they were appalled.

But I can't remember what car that was, so I am not so helpful, I'm afraid.

I've been thinking about my wardrobe and how much of it is not really me, but I would be left with not very much if I got rid of all the stuff I don't love and I am in no frame of mind to be buying new clothes to rebuild.

I would tend to think that it normally is exactly that expensive, and the appalled comes from (a) it's exactly in the right place to get nicked by everything from those concrete parking-spot markers in parking lots to too-bumpy speed bumps to uneven curbs if you tend to parallel park too close to the curb; (b) no way should something perfectly placed for damage be so plastic and flimsy; and (c) no way should anything so plastic and flimsy be so ridiculously expensive.
