A comfort food lunch sounds like a good idea, Trudy.
My throat is still sorta killing me. Soup, soup could be good.
Isn't it nice how y'all are subject to every thought in my head? I should share my grocery list next or the alphebetization of my last five boyfriends (there were a lot of "J" names...)
Will go buy stamps, that's a nice walk. And some soup. Back in a bit.
I usually drink hot tea with lemon and honey when I have a sore throat, but if you're getting the weather we are, maybe not. Lemonade, perhaps.
{{trudy}} I hope you're getting a nice soothing lunch.
Happy Belated Birthday Ple! Happy Birthday Epic! Happy Early Birthday Tep!
Happy Anniversary Windy and Dan!!!
(((Trudy & Dallas)))
{{{{Trudy}}}} Dallas is going to be okay. I decree it.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, EPIC!
Wow, to Daniel and Windsparrow--I can't believe it's been a year! Congrats!
I finally fell asleep around 3AM and then slept until noon. Oops. I really have to work on this time zone thing. Gram is on her way home from the hospital with Mom as I type. My dogs are still cute. In fact, turns out that DexH has taught Sasha (the younger) to play Frisbee, which is the coolest thing ever. I always wanted a Frisbee dog! She leaps into the air and snatches it! Zoe (the older) is still content with her tennis ball. They are awesome and I love them.
My plans for the week appear to be taking shape, though I'm at a loss as to how to see everyone I want to see. I still don't have the final date/time for the bank closing, which would be helpful.
DexH will be home some time today. I haven't seen him since Labor Day last year. I'm dreading it. Hopefully it won't be terrible.
Um...didn't need to be said twice.
So...
In conclusion, let's drink Fernet and make out.
(Which, now that I think about it, could be shortened to "SF2F".)
In conclusion, let's drink Fernet and make out.
WOOHOO! Perfect time for me to catch up!
Happy Birthday Epic!
Congrats Daniel and Andi!

I have internet back at home, so it's possible I will maintain some modicum of sanity. The DH has been a little afraid that he'd come home to find me jacked in, Bejewled cascading down the monitor Matrix-like, and the baby wearing the cat as a diaper and living off of whatever he can reach on the lowest shelf of the fridge. Which I think is feta cheese and cherry juice.
Happy Solstice!
