Illyria: We cling to what is gone. Is there anything in this life but grief? Wesley: There's love. There's hope...for some. There's hope that you'll find something worthy...that your life will lead you to some joy...that after everything...you can still be surprised. Illyria: Is that enough? Is that enough to live on?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Always Anti-fascist!

The job ain't gonna save you. Sorry, "Wire" moment.(I'm not wise like Lester, though.) Much more likely to be like Jimmy and make my life hard to show I'm So Fucking Smart, and, by the way, authority sucks.

I'm calling them back at three and trying to work. Not so much success with the work right now.

Happy birthday, Epic!

Happy anniversary, Daniel and WindSparrow!

Did I miss anyone?

While I was lying in bed not getting out of it, I had the horrifying realization that I'd left out an SAE in the report we sent out yesterday, that I'd misread "Mar" as "May" and thought it wasn't valid for inclusion, and for about two minutes I felt really bad and like a screw-up, and then I realized that wait, no, that was for another report entirely with a data cut-off of 28 Feb 2006, so the March event wasn't supposed to be included, and I had done the right thing, and I am going bonkers here working on so many different reports at the same time.

Also, I keep waking up a few minutes before my alarm, and it pisses me off because I'm always terrified I've actually missed it.

I need to find mindless things to do.

I can't think what could be more mindless than filing, but I just read "thailand" as "india" and was confused when the numbers didn't match.

Maybe I'll go get some lunch.

A comfort food lunch sounds like a good idea, Trudy.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Lunch sounds like a good idea, Trudy.

Poor P-C. Work worries should stay at work and not bother you when you are lying in bed.

Definitely get some food, Trudy. Hunger will only make you more nervous and jittery than you probably already are.
