Skipping yet again to poke my head and post that, according to the Buffista Calendar, today is Aimée and miracleman's anniversary, and wish a great day and a wonderful year to the both of them.

Also, since this evening starts a fast ("9 of Av") and then the weekend, and I'm not sure how much computer time I'm going to have, I'll already post that tomorrow, the 3rd, will be Deena's birthday, and Saturday, the 5th, will be Fred Pete's birthday, and send early wishes to the both of them, as well.

Ice fucking cold shower this morning.

Really more of a dash, scream, heat up pots of water on stove, wash hair under faucet, dash, scream, swear, soap, dash, scream, swear, pour warm water over head, swear, dash, scream, swear....

I know I'm clean, I just don't feel like it.

I should only have one first world misery to deal with at a time. Heatwave and burdened a/c, intermittent water or no hot water. Not all three.

Oh and I have jury duty tomorrow!
