Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

not that we're planning on providing her with lingerie

What? No trousseau?

In conclusion, I am become boring as all hell.

Nonsense. Nobody who can actually pull off "am become" in this day and age could ever be boring. But you gotta get on that trousseau thing.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

A trousseau is one thing, with a set of nice crisp monogrammed sheets and all, but, really, I'm only going to start setting aside lingerie for the Halloweenie if I decide that I need to skeeve her nigh to death at some future point. Lord knows I can barely stand the knowledge that my parents are aware that I occasionally need underwear, and I don't even want to think about them thinking about the fact that I occasionally wear it recreationally; I sure as hell don't want them buying me anything that actually qualifies as lingerie.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I can kinda see them possibly pulling off Shrew... one of the deleted scenes on the DVD set shows Jack horsing around and goofily glorying in Shakespearean wordplay in a way that makes you think he's got the range for it.

I just don't know that I could see Kate as Katharina - she's too sweet-faced. Though if anyone could pull it out of her, it'd be Geoffrey.

I thought about Tempest, but they'd be too old 10 years from now, much like As You Like It doesn't quite fit.

Gods, I miss these characters. And I am bereft of both tape and DVD - the tape is lent out, the DVD hasn't shown up yet. Woe.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Confluence was fun. Spent most of the time in the filk track, but it was good, so that's ok.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Gods, I miss these characters. And I am bereft of both tape and DVD - the tape is lent out, the DVD hasn't shown up yet. Woe.

Then...come over to our house for a S2 marathon. Or just ask us for a S2 tape. Or an S1 tape for that matter as we have several sitting around.

I already said what I did. Play plus bbq plus normal weekend stuff.

It's insanely steamy out.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

My skin is going nuts. I blame the weather.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

If you were putting together a care package for an 35ish year old woman who was going to medical school, what would you put in it?
