I wish Eureka continued sucess too. I'm going to watch next Tuesday to decide whether I personally am going to contribute to its success. So far not grabbing me. (Which may be a good sign. There are exceptions, but most of my favorites don't make it. )

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

One, more, or all Buffistas are plague to continuing series.

Except when we're not.

If only there were easy magic.

Here am I trying to get work done, and on one side, co-worker's shrieking and near-hysterical in panic, on the other side child-raising techniques and the evils of exes are being discussed. On the phone and email I'm being hounded by one guy, while feeling guilt for all the others I've not gotten back to, yet waiting for replies to emails and "instant" messages.

Head hurts. Want to go home. Cannot.

I take back that stuff about wanting to grow up.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I went to the library! And the Container Store! Where I bought a few needed things, but more importantly, did NOT buy many many things I do not need at all.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

So interesting, sarameg. I love the drug reps basically complaining that their only means of influencing doctors anymore is the free lunch, and then the doctors saying that it doesn't influence them. Dude, if it didn't influence doctors, drug reps wouldn't do it!

There are so many interesting studies coming out on doctors and pharmaceutical companies these days.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Jesse--I am in AWE of your ability to actually enter the Container Store and not buy stuff you didn't need! God knows, I've never managed it.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I am impressed with myself! So many little boxes I did not buy! My secret was not getting a cart, and picking up the shoe rack I was there for first, and then carrying it around the rest of the store.

Go Jesse! I avoided the Container Store today because I was askeered of the store. Worse? I did go into the Paper Source which is EVIL.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Also, I did realize a couple of things I needed while I was there, but I really did need those things.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

the Paper Source which is EVIL.

Ooooooh. Totally evil.
