This weekend will be my second weekend working at my friends' store on Saturday. It's my first retail job! I'm a shopgirl! Last week went okay, I think, but I'm still a little nervous about it. I'm at
Atomic Books
in case anybody's in town and wants to come by and say 'hi' between 11 & 6.
Other than that I'm trying to squeeze in running and yoga and housecleaning and the pool. And I have a funeral to go to on Sunday.
Tonight my friend and I were trying to do a Bastille Day thing at a French place but it is sold out. So we're going to tapas. Ptui on the French! Viva la Spanish!
Happy Brithday, Ouise! (And Happy Wedding, Rah Rah! And Helena and Ouise, too.)
Soon, tommy, soon. 8 minutes-ish.

On his current assessment of Vosovic: "My darling little Dan has become a terrible diva. And it's really unattractive. . . . He's been offered several jobs. He's turned down everything. They're not good enough for him."
Why is it not 3:00 yet?
Because it's 4 and I'm stuck here at least another hour.

It's funny, with just they little bit we've seen this season, I was thinking that very thing.

My current theory is that the fabric of space-time has become dirty, thus causing friction that slows down clocks.
