The oil and caps and thinngs all seem to be fine. Word from our friendly neighborhood mechanic is thaht it's probably a solenoid but maybe the whole transmission, but they can't do anything about it til Wednesday.
But not dangerous to drive, so I don't have to cancel all my plans. That's a big relief.

If my father had an online presence, he would so do that. If he can have a surgery or procedure with local rather than general, he does. So he can watch. His surgeons have all been accomodating.

Now that we have a laptop, I checked out if they have wifi in Labor and Delivery at my hospital. Alas, they say no, because apparently it interferes with some sophisticated medical equipment. What-EVER.
