YAY! Then some good came of the icky dream.

I'm all punchy from editing a bajillion site entries. I think that one post is as witty as I will get this evening.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I had a dream last night that I moved in with Hec and JZ -- though in the dream they lived in a big house, not the cool apartment they have now -- and it was all good and we all got along....except for, at bedtime, they told me I had to go across the street and sleep in the hobo camp.

They had a hobo camp? Sweet!

FTR, I laughed too. But I'm easy like that.

Kristen, I've been dying to ask. Did the dresses fit?

Kristen - Jun 29, 2006 8:41:02 pm PDT #4741 of 10002

Kat! Yes! I meant to tell you. Everything fit very well, with the sole exception of the dress with the dragon. That one is a little too tight across the chest/back but I think, in a few weeks, it should fit perfectly.

Thank you again! I'm so happy to have pretty new clothes to wear for summer.

I'm so happy that it all fits! I feel warm and fuzzy when my clothes find a good home. I can't believe how long those dresses ended up being on me now. I'm so glad that it works for you.

Me either! They all swirl around my ankles (which I love).

I do have to remind myself sometimes, especially when I'm wearing the flocked one, that I'm in a long dress. I keep trying to take long strides and running out of skirt.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

You have to take a handful of skirts and hike them up when you stride. Or run. Or do stairs.

It's fun, and it can save your life.

I'm having a Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants moment. These are the magic dresses. They fit everyone. Because you are significantly taller than I am.

Today is regatta dress day. I should take pictures, huh?
