And heeeere comes the day's rain... Now maybe my headache will depart.

I hate having to poke computer support with a sharp stick. It really shouldn't be necessary when a major portion of the hardware infrastructure is flaking out.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

And heeeere comes the day's rain...

Falling on your head like a memory?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Is it raining with you?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Now maybe my headache will depart.

Wait--so are you blaming it on the rain, or the oncoming rain?

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

information libertarian

I'm only happy when it rains.

Brenda, I'm trying with the Smart Cars, but apparently nobody else thinks they are as wacky/funny as I do.

In news that makes me grumpy, my student, carefully hired and trained to be my main backup through my maternity leave, which includes my office and 30,000 books moving, tells me today that he's going to leave (for another job) the Friday before the move, leaving us without student help for the 2 weeks we probably need it most all summer, while I'm gone AND everything is moving. Argh.
