I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I was going to say, I think she's got the caffeine and cigarettes covered...

I could live on caffeine and cigarettes when I was 19, but now I need actual food. I think I should order Indian for dinner if I call a lady about a job in the next ten minutes, because it'll taste good when I eat it even if it sounds gross now.

Okay, I called about the job, and it turns out that with benefits, the pay is around $12/hour. Right. No.

What is even happening?

It is Master of Champions. Which includes a panel of champions. And a cup of champions, in a wall of masters. And everyone is a champion, but only one can be determined the master of champions, as decided by the panel of champions.

You get the idea.

Yes. I can almost feel you shudder, from here.

I could live on caffeine and cigarettes when I was 19, but now I need actual food.
I could do it until my first pregnancy. Never again. Now I get mean when I'm hungry, even though I haven't been pregnant in six years, two months and two days.

Very cool charitable news--Warren Buffet is giving the bulk (5/6ths) of his Berkshire Hathaway stock fortune to the Gates Foundation, in essence doubling their $1 billion in annual spending. They're going to spend it on curing disease and improving American education.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I really do love Warren Buffett. I'm less enthralled with the Gates Foundation, but that's mostly for personal reasons.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

You know, I do not know how people work in cubicles, because I have my own freaking office and I can hear people 6 and 7 doors down both ways in their office! WTF?

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Oooh, do tell.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Ouch. This is for an IT job? You can make that working at Home Despot around here. Someone at that company needs to take a look at salary.com or something.
