Very cool charitable news--Warren Buffet is giving the bulk (5/6ths) of his Berkshire Hathaway stock fortune to the Gates Foundation, in essence doubling their $1 billion in annual spending. They're going to spend it on curing disease and improving American education.

Help Desk, yeah. The lady was very nice, and doesn't work for the company that would be paying that rate. But honestly, they wonder why they're having trouble keeping anyone at their call center?!
