Hey, I've been in a firefight before! Well, I was in a fire. Actually, I was fired from a fry-cook opportunity. I can handle myself.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I went to Target, and mostly got what I went in for, with the exception of four salad plates and some camping matches. Which is getting out easy, for me anyway.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

There is the sweetest puppy in the dealership today. A little pit bull. Think his owner would notice if I stole him and took him home?

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Tonight we're going to see "Spamalot"! Yay!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Apparently they're closing the LA-area Six Flags Magic Mountain. I've never been, so it's all my fault.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Weird - I tried to post this last night before I went to bed, but my internet must have died as soon as I did! Anyhoo, the two Fox pilots we watched after dinner did not live up to the standard set earlier by NBC.

Justice (Victor Garber, expensive lawyers) was like watching all of the news I actively avoid during a big media court case ALL AT ONCE. They've also ripped off House's casting, giving us Cranky Old Team Leader, Good-Looking Young White Guy, Girl, and Black Guy, but it's directed in this weirdly slick style with lots of handheld zooms and overlit courtroom sets, and just isn't fun to watch on any level. Poor Garber.

Standoff (Gina Torres, hostage negotiators), was even worse. At least Justice has a kind of originality to it in terms of the visual style, even if it's not a good kind of originality. Standoff is just boring. Poor Gina.

Spam spam spam spam spam spam baked beans spam!

Got my hairs coloured and cut today. Am re-shagged, re-beautified. DH has a flu or cold so he's in miserable shape. Poor baby.

I'm very sorry to hear that about those two shows, Jessica.

And they're such cute babies to boot! I'd love to know what they look like now.

::goes googling::

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm very sorry to hear that about those two shows, Jessica.

Me too. Such good casts!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Apparently they're closing the LA-area Six Flags Magic Mountain. I've never been, so it's all my fault.

Huh. I always thought it was doing well.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

They might sell it. Unless it went from maybe to definite between last night and this morning. Which, in LA, totally possible.

But I am going on July 6th since I am NOT WORKING! WHOOOOOT!

Poor Joe. He'll be at work and I'll be abandoning my daughter at school for the day.
