Mal: Okay. She won't be winning any beauty contests anytime soon. But she is solid. Ship like this, be with ya 'til the day you die. Zoe: 'Cause it's a deathtrap.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I wish I had slices of roast beef to have with cream cheese in my sesame seed bagels. But no beef. Without beef, it's almost too sweet to have for dinner.

Not that I'm going to let that stop me.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I'm about to pack up the computer. I may not be in here much for the next six weeks so everyone have good, happy summers with 50% fewer migraines !

I DON'T HAVE A CELL!

No worries. Just hold a TV remote or something up to your ear. Like he's gonna look that closely when you start talking about sporks.

Suddenly I need to know what happened to Crockett's alligator while he's having amnesia and becoming a drug kingpin.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Same thing that happened to Kitty Fantastico?

That sounds more likely.

Now, why would Castillo see a specialist about symbols he thought were Asian? Only to be told they were Japanese? The man's a fucking samurai, was married to a Japanese woman, meditates in a Shinto-esque temple, and reads the language. It's true I don't recall him reading it, but he does read Thai. Also, any who'd been paying attention knew it was either Japanese or Chinese.

I sense it's time for me to go to bed.

The casting director owed the actor who played the expert a favor?

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

Plus, Adrian Pasdar! On TV again!

Quite fortuitous, as I just started with Profit tonight. I kind of like it. AP is not a bad actor, nor ugly on the eyes. Not a bad voice either. I guess I'll watch the rest. And maybe his new show and, well, anything else he might be in.
