I'm cleaning, doing laundry, packing, figuring out how to get 6 weeks worth of stuff (including drafting and teaching supplies) and my two cats into the car, and heading to MI.
I'm a single undead gal trying to make it in the big city. I have to start somewhere and they're evil here. They don't judge. They've got necro-tempered glass. No burning up. A great medical plan, and who needs dental more than us?

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
Going to movies, dying my hair, going to a Dodgers Game, doing laundry, brunch with friends, making out with my BF, walking dogs, writing. Not neccessarily in that order.

Canadaigua Lake is beautiful for a wedding-- are they doing it in the big hotel there?
If that's the Inn by the Lake, then yes. I've been dreading the drive (6 hrs. +/- on Rt. 90), but looking forward to the actual event. The groom and bride are sticking around until Tuesday as well, and there's a trip planned Monday into Rochester for lunch at some BBQ joint where they know a bartender (who I think is one of the Groom's men).
I was best man at his first wedding, but between that marriage imploding, and only very intermittent contact in the last few years, I'm not surprised to only be a guest this time around.
