This is so nice. Having everyone together for my birthday. Of course, you could smash in all my toes with a hammer and it will still be the bestest Buffy Birthday Bash in a big long while.

Ann, that's a ferret.

To be fair, some conservatives say that Coulter goes too far.

Just saw this post. I'd be happy if the media started asking conservatives to disavow Coulter's comments. Like liberals are asked to disavow any comments considered to come from the far left.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Mceo Parker was playing with Prince last time I saw, um, either of them.

Ran into pronoun trouble there.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Maceo Parker isn't "some saxophonist!" The man is like unto a god. A god of funk.

Oh yeah, I meant to say something about that, too.

Always Anti-fascist!

Wow, Corwood, get some opinions or something, babe. You gotta cut out this wishy-washy crap.

Herding cats for fun

Wow on Sophia for the cool-under-pressure in the face of the drunken guy in the backseat. I probably would have yelped.

Oh yeah! I meant to say that, too -- I think I'm like Sophia, and more likely to freeze first and then react.

Wheee! So my friend that moved to Wmsburg and I kinda miss is 3 months pregnant with her 2nd. She's continuing her habit of managing to get knocked up when most people would be too busy to manage to eat & sleep, much less anything else. Very happy for her.

I've got to cram a weekend trip to visit before the summer is over.

ION, as much as I prefer booking tickets online rather than having to, you know, talk to the humans, OMG I swear the sites have gotten more and more buggy and convoluted and stupid. If it weren't for the fact that all the good times and flights were full, I would have stuck with Southwest on principle. Sigh. It took 3 sites and 4 attempts to book tickets.
