Woke up at 7, decided that was way too early and went back to sleep. Phone call woke me up - the delivery people are 10 min. away, am I ready? UM no. (In my head I think it must be like 9 or 10 and they aren't supposed to be here until 1).
Look at clock, it is 12:15. They say they can do another delivery near me instead.
SO I am up and cleaning what needs cleaning for all the boxes o' furniture to fit in my place.
I need to get rid of some more stuff, stat.

It is surprisingly nice out. I need a pedicure, but think maybe I should wait until tomorrow to give my blisters one more day to heal. Stupid work shoes.

It IS nice out. I am opening windows. Maybe after I finished assembling this one, I will take a walk to the PO and also get some food.
I heard an NPR story this morning about the Trinidad/Tobago (Togo?) team, so I'm tickled that they tied -- yay them!
Note: I do love Charlotte, but I'm impatient with flakiness. Everybody that's a flake, I want you all to sit and contemplate all the aggravation you cause for the non-flaky, appointment keeping people of the world. Cut it out!
And I'll take no guff about leaving the phone at home, as the plan was to collect Jacqueline at 10:00. No guff!
To be totally honest, right upfront, let me say that I'm impatient with flakiness, too. More than I should be.
That said -- where I come from, leaving your cell phone at home falls well within the definition of "flakiness." IJS.
