I'm feeling fine, except for the incessant burping, and that's really more embarrassing than miserable. I can't believe Tom Scola and Kate P have been so polite about not mentioning the spectacular bout of frat-boy belches I ripped loose with when they were visiting Chez Zmayhem on Monday (it was a comfort to Hec to finally have witnesses to the gallery of auditory horrors he's been living with since January).

Crap-ass coworkers, a 4 a.m. start time, and a nasty cough? So completely wrong. Vibing you get-home-quickly vibes, with a side of may-something-horrible-smite-them-all-in-your-absence.
I am with Frank on the weather (would be with him on the temperature if I had more than one pair of decent work pants), and JZ on msbelle's job.
Now I am back to work, because I think I have a full hour before my next meeting, in which to try to figure out my job!!
