I'm down for Brewery Visits.
The New Glarus tour is kind of lackluster but the beer is excellent.
Lake Louie is an excellent beer but I'm not quite sure if they have a tour of any sort.
Capital Brewery is a good experience, pretty low key beer garden which is nice.
I've never been out to Tyranena but I'd be willing to do a trip.
I live in Madison, so I'll likely be willing to help with transportation of people.

That's always good to know. I mean, I love the beer, but I've never been to the brewery. At least New Glarus has a few other things to see while we're there. Might want to consider the Grumpy Troll in Mount Horeb, too, since it's so close to New Glarus. It doesn't have a tour, it's a one shot brewpub, but they have fairly decent food and very good beer.
The Dane downtown is also nice, but it looks like the most convenient thing as far as beer goes would be the Fitchburg Great Dane.
If we want to feel fancy and go to a nice bar, I'd suggest The Icon on State Street, its a nice little Tapas bar.
Also for great Beligian type beer theres a wonderful European type bar on Monroe St. called Brasserie V, its in a nice neighborhood and its across the street from the Comic book shop if anyone wants to pick up the Angel Comic.

I'd heard we had one, but I didn't know the name. Definitely have to check that out! And the Brasserie V. I almost never get down to Monroe St, I'm really out of touch with what's out there.

I had Grumpy Troll on the list, just for the name. Basically, my plan is to GoogleMap the breweries, pick a few close together, and suggest a plan.
VictorC, might contact you about finding a designated driver or two. We would pay!
I hope things work out, Sean! We'll be glad to have more than a few drinks or your behalf though, if not.
In other words: More for us!
I'd really like to come to F2F, but I'm going to be in Houston the following weekend, so I don't know how possible it is.
You could leave most stuff packed and ready to go on to Houston.
Could do. Hell, it usually takes me a week to unpack from a trip anyway. Affording three plane tickets in one summer (Vancouver in August) is the thing. Although Mr. Bush bought me the trip to Houston. Wasn't that nice of him?
I can kick some money into the F2F fund after June 1st... Too late?
