I thought the plan was to hit Dim Sum after Pooh & before Valencia? Of course, that might not be practical.

Deb, is it okay if the bread gets there on Friday or late Thursday? Since I've got limited kitchen space, I made a double batch of French that is spending tomorrow proofing, and the chocolate will get made Thursday night, which means I can't get over to the hotel until about 9 p.m. that night.

Also, I can personally recommend New Asia as Teh Yum for Dim Sum.
