The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Pete, I believe I have a grinder. I'll pack it up.

Deb, I have one if you can't find yours.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Deb, is it okay if the bread gets there on Friday or late Thursday? Since I've got limited kitchen space, I made a double batch of French that is spending tomorrow proofing, and the chocolate will get made Thursday night, which means I can't get over to the hotel until about 9 p.m. that night.

Also, I can personally recommend New Asia as Teh Yum for Dim Sum.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

First bit of F2Fage accomplished for me -- good conversation and drinks at the Zam Zam, and good conversation and dinner at Cha Cha Cha with Nora and Tom. They were both pleasantly impressed with the Zam Zam, liked the mural and the jukebox and unexpectedly loved the martinis. Then off to Cha Cha Cha, where our consumption of massive amounts of tapas was interrupted by my gaping pregnancy yawns of up-too-lateness and Tom crashing, hard, after a long dull day at a conference, a Zam Zam martini, and a very dense dark beer called Death & Taxes.

So the remaining tapas got bundled up to go and we staggered out into the shockingly balmy San Francisco evening, full of gronk. They must be at the hotel by now, all collapsed in a heap of exhausted McWarigletude, and now I believe I'm off to collapse in a heap of my own.

Still, F2Fness! Right here, tonight! EEEEE!

Also, Nora and Tom? Incredibly, absurdly cute together.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Yippee!!!! ::bounce bounce::

I'll give you a hint with this quote from South Park: "Dude! Why are the Germans so fucked up?!?"

You are one SCARY-ASS freak, my friend....

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I was going to ask if there was a fridge at HS
Excellent. I can have actual dairy for coffee.... Mmm.

Can it be Friday? And can my laundry be done? And my shopping done? And my cats all fed, watered and littered?

I should also find my actual flight information. That might be helpful as well.
