Any Buffistas have extra room at the hotel Thursday night (maybe even Wednesday night)?
I'll be all by myself in a big lonely hotel room tomorrow night! Come join me.
And off to sleep with me.... a new record for me to be going to bed shortly after midnight on the night before a trip. I'm usually still doing laundry till much later. Yay!
Laura - I'll take you up on that. K-Bug has a game, but I'm hoping to be able to run away after that. I have your cell number from Teppy's list. I'll give you a call when I hit the road?
Perkins - thanks for the offer - I think I'll stick to the hotel and keep Laura company.
Pete, I believe I have a grinder. I'll pack it up.
Now I'm bummed I won't get over there until Friday.
No, no - I intend to stock the place until Sunday morning.

Deb, I have one if you can't find yours.
Deb, all I can really say is oh yum. It all sounds fabulous.
I was going to ask if there was a fridge at HS - I am guessing yes - so I can add a few goodies.
I'd love to get a pedi - but I have to see when matt is comming into town that eve.
dim sum dim sum
yay
Deb, is it okay if the bread gets there on Friday or late Thursday? Since I've got limited kitchen space, I made a double batch of French that is spending tomorrow proofing, and the chocolate will get made Thursday night, which means I can't get over to the hotel until about 9 p.m. that night.
Also, I can personally recommend New Asia as Teh Yum for Dim Sum.
First bit of F2Fage accomplished for me -- good conversation and drinks at the Zam Zam, and good conversation and dinner at Cha Cha Cha with Nora and Tom. They were both pleasantly impressed with the Zam Zam, liked the mural and the jukebox and unexpectedly loved the martinis. Then off to Cha Cha Cha, where our consumption of massive amounts of tapas was interrupted by my gaping pregnancy yawns of up-too-lateness and Tom crashing, hard, after a long dull day at a conference, a Zam Zam martini, and a very dense dark beer called Death & Taxes.
So the remaining tapas got bundled up to go and we staggered out into the shockingly balmy San Francisco evening, full of gronk. They must be at the hotel by now, all collapsed in a heap of exhausted McWarigletude, and now I believe I'm off to collapse in a heap of my own.
Still, F2Fness! Right here, tonight! EEEEE!
Also, Nora and Tom? Incredibly, absurdly cute together.
new dim sum place....mmmmm
