The Minearverse 5: Closer to the Earth, Further from the Ax

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

You know, we could experiment and cancel football.

Mitzi it is then. She will be so pleased.

If I only had a brain...

The TARDIS is definitely a she, although I'm not sure the Tenth Doctor has called her that.

Parenthetically, this is Bessie, and ever more shall be so.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Ten has definitely referred to her as "she".

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

I have a question Tim's work. I apologise in advance.

Apparently the pilot (or, indeed, episode 1) starts shooting shortly. Do we have a confirmed list of all the casting changes now? I wanna update the webshite that is DriveFans.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

They start shooting on the 18th. There isn't a final cast list to release.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

Ah, cool. Thanks Allyson.

"She's all I've got", Dana?

You want specificity? Oh, dear. Not a clue. But I watched the Christmas special yesterday, and it was definitely in there.

Yeas. Tradition is upheld.

The evil is this way?

Seriously? Are you sure it's not a Mars Rover? Cuz oddly enough, I think we can provide you with one.

Kristen – be sure to check that Allyson is not trying to give you a used Mars Rover. I mean, even if the vehicle itself is a good deal, the delivery charges from the Red Planet are bound to be expensive.

It's unfortunate that Narrator doesn't exist. I was trapped in Chicago and spent NYE in a hotel all by myself with room service and Saw III.

Aw, bummer. I went down to Buckingham Fountain. It’s all lit up and there’s music and fireworks at midnight. This year we had the added “bonus” of some unhappy intoxicated Bears fans (NBC switched the afternoon game to a night game which ended around 10:30 so some fans walked over to the Fountain) and some overly-happen intoxicated teenage amateurs (unseasonably warm weather brought them out). Still, it was fun.
