Most of my cars have had a name, but my most recent ('98 Nissan Sentra, white) doesn't seem to be able to get one to stick. I kinda wanted to name it Shadowfax, but that seems even too nerdy for me. (And believe me, I know from nerdy.)

Childless, I think I'd be a little in love.
Once you don't have an infant, it's the perfect mommycar -- you can fold down half the rear seat and still have room for two children. We have driven home with a Christmas tree inside without strapping either child to the roof.

My Outback Sport is called The Tardis, because it feels a lot bigger inside than it looks on the outside (parenthically, doesn't The Doctor refer to the The Tardis as a she?).
I think I mentioned before that my late, lamented blue Honda Civic revealed herself to be called Illyria for a number of reasons (blue, more powerful than she looked, on her second owner, etc.).
