[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

If I only had a brain...

Yeas. Tradition is upheld.

The evil is this way?

Seriously? Are you sure it's not a Mars Rover? Cuz oddly enough, I think we can provide you with one.

Kristen – be sure to check that Allyson is not trying to give you a used Mars Rover. I mean, even if the vehicle itself is a good deal, the delivery charges from the Red Planet are bound to be expensive.

It's unfortunate that Narrator doesn't exist. I was trapped in Chicago and spent NYE in a hotel all by myself with room service and Saw III.

Aw, bummer. I went down to Buckingham Fountain. It’s all lit up and there’s music and fireworks at midnight. This year we had the added “bonus” of some unhappy intoxicated Bears fans (NBC switched the afternoon game to a night game which ended around 10:30 so some fans walked over to the Fountain) and some overly-happen intoxicated teenage amateurs (unseasonably warm weather brought them out). Still, it was fun.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Gosh I'm such a bad ex-Chicago-pat. That sounds like a great evening to me.

Not to be all off-topic, but!

There's a fairly lengthy write-up about TV's hit Drive in the new Entertainment Weekly. You can find the photo from it pimped at TimMinear.net in the first maintainer-type act at TM.net by yours truly.

It's a pretty good article that may answer some questions people have had about the show.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

here's a fairly lengthy write-up about TV's hit Drive in the new Entertainment Weekly.

I wonder if jengod nudged them. Though EW has always been a big supporter of various ME and Tim projects.

Though EW has always been a big supporter of various ME and Tim projects.

My favorite part is perhaps the lead:

Tim Minear has developed a reputation in the television industry for being an extraordinarily talented writer-producer with extraordinarily bad luck.

It's so odd to see TMnet get updated by someone who isn't me. And I'm impressed by how fast Monique is with the updating.

I have to prove myself worthy of the crown. I'll just ignore other sites in the meantime!

I kid, I kid. I love all my sites equally.

What is even happening?

Well, 'til Barbara Hall's next series comes out. I hear it's about a secret cross country race, between teenagers and God.

Oh, BTW, Barbara's going to have a new site, Cindy. It's going to be exactly what you were looking for the last time you looked for her site.
