Shit. I vaguely heard about Life on Mars remake and was hoping that'd be just a rumour. The city of Manchester is such a strong facet of the show, I'm having a hard time imagining it set in America. And I wonder what kind of soundtrack the new series is going to use, since the vintage 70's rock songs play such a big role in setting the mood. Also, David E. Kelly? Not really a good fit for the material.
