Gwen: Demon, OK? The whole nine—cloven feet and horns and teeth. He wasn't wearing lamé though. Lorne: Yeah, the evil ones can't pull it off. It gets camp.

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Oh great, now the little girl and doll test from the pattern can traumatize millions of new American viewers!

Ha! I haven't watched the show, but this test pattern is a popular subject in the TWoP thread about things on TV that have scarred you for life.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Also, David E. Kelly? Not really a good fit for the material.

Seriously.

Isn't that the show they've been pimping for weeks now in commercials? Is that the fastest cancellation ever?

No, the one they've been pimping will air on ABC, starring Marla Sokoloff; I think it premieres at the end of this month. I don't think anyone will watch it, though, so they might as well cancel it now.

A One that isn't cold, is scarcely A One at all.

If they hold it until spring (as opposed to January), Fox can promote the show heavily throughout early season NASCAR coverage.

That's got to be so smooth a connection even Fox can't miss it, right?

Actually NASCAR coverage on FOX starts in February with the Daytona 500 which does nice ratings. FOX does cross promote with NASCAR. Maybe Tim can fly down and say the most famous words in auto racing "Gentleman start your engines!"

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Maybe Tim can fly down and say the most famous words in auto racing "Gentleman start your engines!"
Noooooooo!

I like my racing and my bloody and disturbing violence separate, thank you very much.

This is like hearing someone likes hockey and bloody & disturbing violence separate.

What is even happening?

Cass just likes to categorize stuff.

Fire bad.

Fire pretty.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I like my racing and my bloody and disturbing violence separate, thank you very much.

I thought the crashing cars sending tires and other debris flying into the spectator stands was a big part of the attraction?

Wait. Harley the existing Harley? Did she get bit by a radioactive spider or something?

Hey, there isn't an Ivy on Guiding Light, is there? Because, if so, I sense wacky hijinks will ensue.
