What show is she going to be on?
Dateline.
I don't remember anyone else here being large with The Office (U.S.) love.
Emily's been getting it from Netflix. We like to fast forward the bits with the obnoxious boss.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Bummer about the "belly ache", Cindy, but glad you can make the fair.
Yay to vw on the unexpected money!
And could I beg the Bitches for some job~ma, please? I have a couple of applications in at my alma mater, and I think I'd be splendid for one (production management! telling people to adhere to the blasted schedule with a little enforcement power [as opposed to just begging them like I do now]), and quite good for the other. My current job is hanging in there, but we've been pronounced dead so many times that the whole place is taking on a zombie-like feel—lots of folks shambling about, hollow-eyed and inclined to chew your head off.
How much more school do they have, Cindy? Today is CJ and K-Bug's last day. Plus K-Bug's bf graduates today. SO totally not ready to say she dates a High School Graduate. They get out a week from Friday, Suzi.

I'm a little annoyed, though. Julia has had excellent attendance this year (all my kids still love school), and so I've made it (I thought) pretty clear to her that I'm not into the pretense of illness deal. If my children are doing fine in school, and haven't missed much school, I am open to considering mental health days, and haven't made any bones about that.
We will be Talking when I retrieve her from Nana's house, later this afternoon.
Tons of jobma to you, Calli!
Much job~ma Calli. Sounds like some good opportunities.
I AM DONE! DONE WITH JURY DUTY FOR AT LEAST TWO YEARS! WHOOOOOOOT!
I am writing up the story on LJ right now, but I'll probably post it here. It's...a little odd.
I'm glad that Julia just had a "belly ache."
meara, my mother was once on a jury for NINE MONTHS. She was sequestured for two+ weeks, and my father called me at college to ask how to work the washer/dryer.
YAY for meara being done!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to read the tale.
IunrelatedN, (whitefonted for the bug squeemish...like Jilli) I feel like I have little bugs crawling all over me. I'm pretty sure it's psychological, what with the stress and bugs I've been dealing with lately, but it's gross and creepy. I want it to stop.
Oooh, enforcement power. Makes job good!
Had interview yesterday. Went pretty well, I think. But now I must write the dreaded Thank-You letters, times four. Yuck. I hate thank-you letters even more than cover letters, I always want to say something rude like, I adored the opportunity to discuss being your minion and servicing you with a smile.
I have a teeny baby kitty asleep on the wireless router by the 'puter. She needs to rest up after her frentic jumping-bean performance earlier. Star Wars nerds may appreciate how funny we think it is when we point at her and say, "You-teenie!"
All five volumes of the full color english translation of the manga for Spirited Away. $10.
