So does she think anyone's actually going to be interested? anyone who's not crazier than she is? is the NY real estate market that desperate?
Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
At least she doesn't lie.

And speaking of apartments, it looks like my building really is going condo. I COULD buy, but I think the developer's proposal is bad, bad, bad ... and will end up costing bundles of money and leave you with something you can never sell. bah.

Not for $400/month. I mean, that's pretty low, but not so low that you couldn't just as easily choose "living in Queens" over "sleeping in cat litter."
Ok. That is just disgusting.
So, if one was on some sort of Bank One Black List, do you think that'll carry over to Chase or magically disappear?
It could go either way. Chase may not have kept all of Bank One's records, or may just have different standards to apply, being bigger and all.
That cat thing is just sad. Can it be for real??
Never underestimate how crazy people can be.
Especially cat people...
::ducks and runs::
Huh. Poking around CL for apartments in New York? About the same as LA.
Also, I am ignorant enough of New York that I didn't realize there was such a thing as "Alphabet City".
