And Kaylee, what the hell's goin' on in the engine room? Were there monkeys? Some terrifying space monkeys maybe got loose?

Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Sometimes I come in here and a little voice wants to say, "Bitches ain't shit!" And then another little voice wants to say, "Sir, that is patently untrue."

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Umm - don't you have a land line you can use?

Not for text messaging. Plus, for that actual talkies, I don't like calling her in the office, I like to be able to be myself. It's a bit harder with your boss sitting next to you.

Anyway. Forty five minutes in the mobile phone dealership later, I am signed up to a plan! I can once again contact the 'Bee! And just in time, because she needed me to look up the address of her next job. Happy again. Well. I googled pictures of echidnas, so I've been happy for a while now. But now I'm even happier.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Things that make bt happy: Cel phones, echidna pictures.

nope, not really surprising at all.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Things that make Cass happy:

  • hanging out, gardening and watching Buffy with Pamela

Things that make Cass unhappy:

  • coming home to realize I need to clean and do laundry

Things that are just fantastic:

  • the air here just smells really good, really really good

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Sometimes I come in here and a little voice wants to say, "Bitches ain't shit!" And then another little voice wants to say, "Sir, that is patently untrue."

Oh my lordy lord, the sheer unbridled hug-him-and-squeeze-him-and-call-him-George adorability of P-C!

Bless!

What is even happening?

Yeah, but she's probably out doing a job. She doesn't seem to check it often anyway.

I asked about e-mail, because I know I can send a text message to Cashmere's cell phone via e-mail, and thought you could text Wallybee via e-mail, as well.

See, you're making me dwell on the unreachability of the Wallybee. This is not happymaking!

I was trying to be innovatively happymaking. Don't make me root for your out-of-fresh-ideas subconscious, mister.

Anyway. Forty five minutes in the mobile phone dealership later, I am signed up to a plan! I can once again contact the 'Bee! Well thank goodness, because between worrying about your technological problems, and that you were going to have to spend money to take two great vacations, I hardly slept a wink last night.

Mostly lurking...

We doubled my sleeping meds last night, in hopes that I would actually sleep.

I asked my shrink what would happen if I took that much medication and then didn't sleep. He said I'd pretty much be non-functioning the next day.

Welcome to non-functioning. Somehow I must get in the shower and off to class, but boy, I can hardly move right now without falling over.

Ok. Showered. I'm wearing knit pants and a knit top today. I look like I'm in pajamas. I SO don't care. We're gonna be all about the comfort today.

Good. May getting out of the house help sleep come easier, tonight.
