Nicole, fast healing!
Jilli, yay for
Wicked
and for finishing the project. And a friend of mine who was looking at my F2F photos wanted to know if you made your choker/necklace or if not, where she could find one like it?
I need to get my haircut also, but there are not a lot of choices for curly hair. Le sigh. I should start wearing wigs in order to have sufficient hairstyle options.
Speaking of hairstyles, should I cut my fringe or not cut my fringe?

Errr, which choker? The short answer is yes, I made or customized all the chokers I wore. But ones very similar to mine can be found at places like Art of Adornment. (Which is run by a friend, and she does fabulous work. She's the one who made the mini top hat I wore to Prom.)
Nicole, I'm glad you're full of drugs and are now en-thermometer-ed. Now eat your chicken/miso/hot&sour/tomato soup and get better!
Thanks to a friend's info about a pre-sale password, Pete just ordered tickets for the opening night of Wicked.
So. Jealous.
I did, however, just go buy the Seche Vite topcoat that you recommended. The Sally Beauty saleswoman approved of my choice. I wanted to tell her it was a tip from Gothic Charm School, but I thought it might go over her head. Perhaps I will be girly tonight and paint my nails.

Ooh, good! (The polish on my toes still looks perfect. Yes, the polish from the pedicure at F2F.)
Someone tell me that I should NOT make a mini witch's hat to wear when we go see Wicked. That doing that crosses that thin line between whimiscal and scary-crazy.
I won't be telling you not to do a damn thing. I was *theese* close to wearing a big, pink prom dress until I reminded that I should save it for the movie.
(PLEASE let them make a movie.)
Er...I think it would be kinda cute.
Scary-crazy would be if you painted your face green.
Nope, I'm afraid I think that's still way on this side of whimsical and that you should do it.

I love this idea--as long as you test it first to make sure any short people sitting behind you can see the stage.
Oooh! You could make a little witchy chapeau!
