I think it's a character trait, not a flaw.
Amen, sistah, though my tolerance has decreased to the point that one martini makes me wonder why my hubby prefers to watch Pushing Tin than snuggling with me.*
*To be fair, he has no idea that I'm this "happy." I don't think I could negotiate the stairs at this point to inform him.
And all your Cass and Kristin belong to me. I like my martinis diiiiiiiiiiiir-teeeeeeeee.
All your Kristin are belong to me!
Hee, only if we can share.

Now I am wishing I had more than one cosmopolitan at dinner. I didn't even get tipsy on it.

I'll bet if you would have eliminated the dinner part like I did, things may have turned out differently. Leftover Easter chocolate is a wonderful thing, but does nothing for increasing tolerance of alcohol.
I didn't have my requisite bakers dozen of drinks. There are days I really wish I were a cheap drunk.
I probably shouldn't have taken a four hour nap starting at 8pm.
I've never had a martini.
My alcohol is packed in a box because my kitchen is still not done. 3-4 days, my ass.
