Mal: Gotta say, doctor, your talent for alienatin' folk is near miraculous. Simon: Yes, I'm very proud.

Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Debet, re: Laurie and Fry... yum! I now feel the need to go read Good Omens again.

Also, P-C is adorabibble, and ITA with ita and crew.

Because books.

Hec, you'll be happy to know I do *not* have Heat Miser hair of a morning now. Go you.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Wouldn't kissing be a nicer memory than some awkward Talk About The Relationship?

Yes! Heh.

Also, P-C is adorabibble

More or less so than Pete?

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Seriously, its just kissin. That is not porn. Unless she's an Ingalls its not leading either. Its sweet and happy and y'all should just enjoy it.

L'IL BUG!!!!

I think I wound up with the Patron tequila/coffee liquer stuff when Deb was clearing the booze out of the HS. I was wondering what that was. What's the best way to have it?

I have fuzzily pleasant memories of mixing it with lemoncello cream.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Polter-Cow, I agree with ita, Cindy, Trudy, and Hec. I've been in your situation....actually, I'm still in it....and having The Talk this soon introduces needless complication and potentially reduces more fun kissage.

Well, if I thought it would make Pete jealous, I'd say yes, but he'd probably just LOOM at me instead.

I don't know that I'm ready for Pete loomage.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Then keep hush. Just do. Watch what you do, but do.

Yes, this. My darling Spectral Bovine, you are Thinking Too Much. Do not have The Talk, but continue with the kissing.

So if this were Signs, you all would be pinned against a tree with your dying words being, "Kiss away, kiss away..."

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

points to everything ita, Trudy, Cindy, Hec and erika said and nods

Not that I've ever been good at just enjoying the kissing and refraining from microanalyzing everything within a 50-mile radius of the kissing. In fact, I've always sucked at all that. I beg of you, learn from my colossal smoochy idiocy! I've had Teh Pushing-Issues Talk after kissage, and it's bad bad bad. It makes the kissage a painful, pleasureless memory and causes you to want to cringe and run across the street to duck down the nearest alleyway when you see your kissage-partner coming.

Don't, please don't do what I've done. Do what they say. See her again, hang out, be kind, be a good friend. Kiss again if you feel like it, don't if you don't (and if you don't, don't tie yourself in knots about why not; sometimes kissing doesn't lead to more kissing, sometimes it's just a thing, and it's okay to let it be). Keep being kind. Don't label or define; it's way, way too early to know.

Ailleann -

At the F2F I leaned back at one point and found a nice comfy human back to lean against (this was before becoming comfortably numb). As I relaxed, my brain played through the people I knew to be behind me - Pete chief among them. It was then that I realize who I was leaning on and I think I jumped a mile. Not quite a looming, but startling nonetheless.
